What is a fanlisting?

A fanlisting is just what its name implies. It is a listing of fans from around the world. Unlike a clique or webring, however, fanlistings do not require you to have a website, only an e-mail and a love for the subject. This fanlisting is registered with thefanlistings.org.

Who is Scorpion?

Scorpion is the yellow ninja of Mortal Kombat. His real name was Hanzo Hasashi and he is from the late Shirai Ryu clan. He was killed by the original Sub-Zero in Mortal Kombat: Mythologies but returned as a spector to compete in the Mortal Kombat tournaments.

Scorpion's original goal in joining the tournament was to destroy Sub-Zero, but he continued to compete even after he achieved his goal. He later made a truce with the second Sub-Zero, althought this was temporarily broken due to the manipulation of Quan Chi. Scorpion discovered Quan Chi's plan and forced the sorceror back to the Netherealm with him. Now Scorpion has a more noble goal than just revenge and worked with the elder gods to protect Earthrealm.

Scorpion has also appeared in both Mortal Kombat movies, the Defenders of the Realm cartoon series and the Mortal Kombat: Conquest tv-series in addition to being an action figure and appearing in the Mortal Kombat comic books. Scorpion is arguably on of the two most popular characters, along with his rival, Sub-Zero.
